You will discover an entire socioeconomic system linked to the extraction, transformation and marketing of cork. An industrial model that entailed social and cultural patterns that promoted the area and led it to capitalism. More than 3.500 objects that form a technological, ethnographic, historical and artistic collection that is the mirror of a territory and its evolution and transformation.

La cork ecology. What is cork? What are their characteristics? How and when is it obtained? Especially interesting is the film from the 1920s, a faithful testimony of the impact of this industry in the town.

The transformation of cork. A monograph on the long process of artisanal manufacture of cork stoppers and the effects of the introduction of machines in this industry.

The magic Tree. Cork altarpieces and sculptures by the masters Joaquim Vicens Gironella, Franí§ois Pous and Roger Conchillo.
