The night of Saturday March 16 in Cordova It was an occasion of celebration for the Andalusian cultural sphere, with the long-awaited “José María Toro Sánchez Memorial” Cultural Awards Gala. Organized by a prominent pool of cultural media, this annual event is a recognition of those who have contributed to cultural enrichment throughout the previous year in the region.
The gala, which took place at the prestigious Hotel Averroes, included the participation of prominent personalities and institutions from the cultural sphere of Andalusia. The gala began with an emotional audiovisual tour highlighting the work done by the cultural media group over the previous year, followed by a musical performance by the talented duo SOL Y LUNA. The general coordinator of the group, José Manuel Rosario, expressed his gratitude to those present and highlighted the significant growth of the cultural group during the last year, both in terms of audience and reach on social networks.
The presentation of the gala was in charge of the charismatic Kike Terrible, director of the Online TV Channel EL TERRIBLE, and the talented journalist and cultural manager María Piña, who picked up the baton from the previous presenter, Basi del Rio.
Throughout the evening, various awards were presented in recognition of different cultural areas, from performing and plastic arts to cultural promotion and Flemish. The winners, including Rafa de Vera, María José Ruiz, and Raíz y Vanguardia, among others, were praised for their outstanding contribution to the cultural landscape of the region.
