What started as a small shop in the neighborhood, with grandfather Josep working as a barber and grandmother Maria cooking for the locals, evolved into what we know today as one of the pillars of Catalan gastronomy. It was a place that brought together the community, attracting residents from Santa Coloma and other nearby areas who walked kilometers just to participate in these celebrations.
