This is a short video taken at dusk from an eighth floor apartment located in the neighborhood of Els Pins, on Avenida S'Abanell. In the background, the Barri Center of Blanes and La Palomera, the large rock that enters the sea considered to be the point where the Costa Brava begins, or where it ends, depending on how you look at it, since for French citizens who visit Blanes it is the « Costa Brava South”.
This building is one of the last that could be built on the seafront and therefore has a unique value. An authentic terrace in the Mediterranean. Being able to dine with these views is a privilege that very few in the world can afford, and yet you should know that renting a flat in this building all year round can cost less than €1.000 a month.
What seems incredible? The purchase option is also possible. We could say, without fear of being wrong, that it is one of the few buildings on the entire Catalan coast from which you can see the beach, the town and the sea from that height on the front line.
