El Family Business Institute (IEF) held on October 2, 3 and 4, 2022 the XXV National Congress of the Family Business, in the Cáceres Congress Palace, Under the motto The heartbeat of Spain. This congress is aimed exclusively at members of the Family Business Institute and the Territorial Associations of Family Businesses linked to it. The family business It is one of the pillars of the economy, not only in Spain, but also in most developed countries. It is also one of the sectors where more purchase and sale of real estate they are made when the patrimonial transmissions and successions take place.

The details of the activities of the XXV National Congress of the Family Business materialized in a dense and interesting program that included both academic and cultural activities. He attended the event George de Juan, Director of the Family Business Chair Bosch Aymerich of the UIC.

On the first day of the Congress, the visit to the Helga de Alvear Museum of Contemporary Art, at 18:30 p.m., followed by the reception of the Congress in the Plaza de Santa María with the intervention of Mr. Miguel Angel Leal, President of the Extremadura Association of Family Businesses (AEEF) and the Mayor of Cáceres, D.
