But on this occasion they have "joined hunger with the desire to eat" because at the same time that problems appear to live in cities, a serious problem of territorial balance also emerges and that is that people leave houses and villages in the countryside to go to concentrate in the big cities, their surroundings and the tourist populations, attracted by the infrastructures and by the job possibilities.

Solution to the housing problem

The solution is to take advantage of all these dwellings that exist in inland towns, which already have the minimum infrastructure necessary for the comfort that no one wants to give up, such as electricity, running water, heating, etc. and many other advantages derived from life in the countryside such as tranquility, good food, the absence of contamination, zero mobility or parking problems, etc.

The only two conditions that need to be improved, in some cases, are road access to the houses and good Internet access.

If someone wants to try to change life in the city for life in the countryside, there are hundreds of houses and even towns available in the inland regions that allow the establishment of young people in what we could call «technological communes». In these communities you can perfectly telecommute, the rents are very low or there are even some almost depopulated municipalities that offer free housing in exchange for people going to live in their town.

Once established in the countryside, opportunities also open up to offer tourist products in the area, such as rural tourism, mountain biking routes, hiking or horseback riding, gastronomy and preserves, etc.
