Turismophobia

The term Turismofobia refers to someone's feeling of animosity from the residents of a local community due to the effects that tourism can sometimes generate, especially overcrowding or gentrification. These feelings are reflected in the organization of protests, graffiti in the streets, etc., always, in this case against tourism, in their opinion, massive or against tourists, especially in certain destinations with greater saturation of their spaces. In some cases, intimidation and/or attacks on private property have occurred.
